What does it cost?
1.995 kr once to get you set up, then 249 kr a month for one tool, 449 for two or 599 for all three — per company, not per person, everyone included. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free. Full details on the pricing page.
Can we see it before deciding?
Twice, in fact. First a walkthrough with us — half an hour, screen shared, no slides. Then a 14-day free trial in your own workspace with your own data, before any subscription starts.
Do we need an IT department?
No. There is nothing to install and no server to look after. Your team opens a browser at app.m3r.dk and signs in; an admin in your company adds and removes users as people come and go.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Europe — currently in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission recognises as offering data protection equivalent to the EU's — in a database that belongs to your workspace alone, not mixed in with other customers. Backed up nightly, stored separately from the live copy. Your company stays the data controller and a data processing agreement comes with the subscription. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
What if we need a field or a report that isn't there?
That's normal, and it's the point of software this small. Tell us what's missing; most additions are days of work, not a roadmap item behind fifty other customers. If it's useful generally, everyone gets it.
What happens to our data if we leave — or if you stop?
The tools export as you go: payroll and project-effort reports and the customer list as spreadsheets, the org chart as JSON. On top of that you can ask us for a complete export of your workspace — every record as CSV plus a JSON copy — free while you're a customer and for 30 days after you leave. We then keep the workspace and its backups for a year in case you come back, and delete them after that, or sooner if you ask. And if we ever had to wind the service down, you'd get at least three months' notice and your data — not a padlocked login screen.
