Pay for what you switch on
Three steps, and the whole platform costs less than most companies pay for one seat-based tool. Prices are per company per month, excluding VAT.
Pay for a year — get two months free
Commit to twelve months and pay in advance, and you pay for ten. All three tools comes to 5.990 kr a year instead of 7.188 kr. After the year it continues month to month unless you renew.
Fair use: up to 25 people
The listed price covers companies of up to 25 employees — which is almost everyone we build for. Bigger than that and it's a short conversation, not a price list.
Prices are excluding VAT. Invoiced monthly in advance, net 14 days. The monthly subscription runs month to month — cancel whenever you like and it ends with that month. Full terms and conditions.
What it looks like for a team of six
A 14-day free trial on your own data
A demo tells you what the screens look like. A trial tells you whether your team actually uses it. So you get a real workspace, with your own projects or customers in it, and no subscription is charged for the first 14 days. Tell us before the trial ends and it stops there — you leave with an export and we part on good terms.
The things people ask before signing
Why is there a setup fee at all?
Because the first day matters more than the first month. The 1.995 kr covers real work: creating your workspace, moving your existing spreadsheet or export into it, setting up your projects, customers or org chart, and sitting down with the team so everyone knows what they're doing. It's done once, by us, not left as homework for you.
Does the price go up when we hire?
No. The subscription is per company and everyone in it is included, up to 25 people. Per-seat pricing punishes you for growing and quietly encourages sharing logins — neither is useful. If you pass 25 employees, write to us and we'll agree something sensible rather than tripling the bill.
Can we start with one tool?
Yes, and most do. 249 kr a month for the one that hurts most today; 449 for two; 599 for all three. Adding a tool later doesn't need a new setup fee unless there's data to migrate into it.
What do we save by paying for a year?
Two months. Commit to twelve months and pay in advance and you pay for ten — 2.490 kr a year for one tool, 4.490 for two, 5.990 for all three. The commitment runs the full twelve months and isn't refundable part-way; after that it continues month to month unless you renew.
What if we want to stop?
On the monthly subscription: cancel by email whenever you like and it ends with that month — no notice period to count out. Take the built-in exports before you go, and ask us for the complete workspace as CSV and JSON — free while you're a customer and for 30 days after. We keep your workspace and its backups for a year in case you come back, then delete them permanently — or sooner if you ask us to.
Will the price change later?
If it ever does, you get 60 days' written notice and can leave before it takes effect. The whole point of this being small and cheap to run is that it can stay small and cheap.
We need a field or report that isn't there. Is that extra?
Small additions that make sense for everyone get built and shipped to all customers as part of the subscription. Something specific to only your company is quoted separately, as a fixed price, before anything is built.
