Three tools. One workspace.
Tally counts the hours. Sally keeps the customers. Olly holds the organisation. They live in the same workspace under the same login, so learning one means you already know the others — and you only pay for the ones you switch on.
Tally
time tracking & project economyCount what counts.
Start the timer when you sit down, stop it when you leave — and at the end of the month the hours are already sorted by person, project and activity. No more reconstructing a timesheet from memory on the 30th.
- Clock in / out with a live timer in the top bar, per project and activity
- Manual entries and corrections — clearly marked, never silently overlapping an existing entry
- Vacation and sick leave with a team timeline, so absence is planned, not discovered
- Approvals and a review screen — flagged hours, low-hours days, time clocked but never assigned to a project
- Insights for any day, week, month or year, per person and per project
- Payroll report — hours × rate per person for any period, straight to Excel
- Project effort & economy — hours per person, activity and week, as Excel or a printable PDF for investors and audits

Sally
customers, pipeline & follow-upsNothing falls through the cracks.
A CRM small enough that people actually keep it up to date. Every company, every call, every "I'll get back to you Tuesday" in one place — and a board that shows what the pipeline is worth without building a spreadsheet.
- Company records — contact, industry, source, tags, notes, potential value
- Drag-and-drop pipeline — Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Won / Lost, with the value of each column
- Activity log per customer: calls, emails, meetings, notes — "last contact" keeps itself up to date
- Tasks & follow-ups tied to a customer, with due dates, overdue flags and a personal list per person
- Dashboard — open pipeline value, deals won this month, hottest opportunities, what needs attention
- Overview & history — won vs lost, monthly trend, delivery and invoice status on won deals
- Excel export of the full customer list, one click

Olly
organisation, people & contractsThe shape of the company.
An org chart that isn't a slide someone made once. Roles, who fills them, what they cost, who you're hiring next — plus the practical people-admin that otherwise lives in a folder nobody can find.
- Live org tree — founders, hires, contractors, outsourced functions, advisory board
- Role status — active, hiring, planned for next round, outsourced, advisor; each with its own colour, built to be shown to investors
- Cost per role — loaded monthly cost and start month, with burn now vs burn fully staffed at the top
- Employees, salary ladder & contracts in one register instead of six folders
- Skills, training and equipment — who is certified in what, and who has which laptop, key or instrument
- Checklists & calendar — onboarding, offboarding, recurring obligations
- Suppliers, audit log, JSON export and a clean print of the chart for a deck

Your company, your corner of it
Every customer gets their own workspace with its own database — your users, your projects, your customer list, kept apart from everyone else's. You run the inside of it; we run the machines it sits on.
One hub, three apps
Your team signs in at app.m3r.dk and jumps from there to tally.m3r.dk, sally.m3r.dk or olly.m3r.dk. One account, one password, three tools — from any desktop browser, at the office or at home.
You manage the people
Admins in your company add and remove users, set who is an admin and who is a member, and decide what each person can see. No support ticket to add an employee.
Add tools as you grow
Start with time tracking, add the CRM in six months. Switching a tool on takes minutes and doesn't disturb what's already in there.
Backups & updates
Nightly backups of your workspace, kept apart from the live copy. Improvements are rolled out for everyone — no upgrade projects, no version you're stuck on.
Sensible security
HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, rate-limited sign-in, forced password change on first login, and a session that expires. Each workspace is isolated from the others.
Your data, on the way out too
Spreadsheet exports for payroll and project effort, for the customer list, and JSON for the org chart — plus, on request, the whole workspace as CSV and JSON. If you leave, you leave with everything.
For the person who asks the technical questions
| Item | How it works |
|---|---|
| Where it runs | On m3r's servers in Europe — currently in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission recognises as providing data protection equivalent to the EU's. Nothing is installed on your machines. |
| Where you sign in | app.m3r.dk is the hub; each tool has its own address — tally.m3r.dk, sally.m3r.dk, olly.m3r.dk. All served over HTTPS with automatically renewed certificates. |
| Separation | One workspace per company, each with its own database. No shared tables between customers. |
| Accounts | Own username and password per person; admin and member roles; forced password change on first sign-in; hashed passwords; rate-limited sign-in. |
| Backups | Nightly, stored separately from the live copy. Restores on request. |
| Updates | Included and rolled out centrally — you're always on the current version. |
| Exports | Built in: Excel (payroll, project effort, customer and deal list), JSON (organisation chart), printable PDF reports. On request: the complete workspace as CSV files plus JSON, free while you're a customer and for 30 days after. |
| Data protection | Your company remains the data controller; m3r is the processor. A data processing agreement is part of the subscription. |
| Browsers | Any current desktop browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Nothing to install, no plug-ins. |
| Users | Everyone in your company is included, up to 25 people; the price doesn't change when you hire. Larger teams by agreement. |
Something in here that your business needs answered differently? Ask — the list is short enough that most of it is negotiable.
Which tools do you actually need?
Most companies start with one, not three. Tell us what's currently living in a spreadsheet and we'll tell you which one to switch on first — and what it costs.
